In the District 4 San Leandro City Council race, Chris Crow narrowly out-raised his opponents, reporting $4,505 in contributions. Darlene Daevu reported raising $3,300 and Benny Lee reported raising $2,288. Justin Hutchison had not filed a statement as of October 8, 2012. However, Daevu and Lee ended the reporting period with more cash on hand because of personal loans that each made to their campaigns.
