Ramirez Found Guilty of Killing San Leandro Police Officer
On May 10, 2007, after one day of deliberation, a jury found Irving Alexander Ramirez guilty of killing San Leandro Police Officer Nels "Dan" Niemi.
According to evidence presented at the trial, Ramirez shot Niemi seven times on July 25, 2005, at around 11pm at 14659 Doolittle Drive - six times after Niemi had fallen to the ground. Ramirez' attorney argued that Ramirez was drunk and that the shooting was not premeditated.
Ramirez was convicted of first degree murder, and could be sentenced to death.

I would gladly pull the switch to execute this stinking little "turd with legs" punk! What is sickening is his scumbag lawyer, one Deborah Levy, saying to the press "Irving is a very sweet man who made a horrible mistake". Say what? He's a gangsta punk with a record, carrying drugs, drunk and has a loaded gun in the car which he used to cold bloodedly kill this innocent officer just doing his job...and he's a "sweet man"? That cocksucking cunt Levy seemed to like him though. You saw her hugging him in the TV coverage. She probably gave him a farewell blow job too. And they wonder why people hate these fucking lawyers! Fuck the punks and fuck their lawyers! They all should be flushed down the toilet with the other turds!
