San Leandro resident Geraldo Salinas was stabbed and killed at his 21st birthday party on November 26, 2005, during a fight at his apartment on Sweetwater Drive. According to police, Luis Rene DeLeon stabbed Salinas multiple times. Salinas later died at Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley. Salinas previously attended San Leandro High School.
