Marina Auto Mall Sign Keeps Crashing

As seen below, the huge electronic sign for the San Leandro Marina Auto Mall has been crashing recently. If you have ever used Windows 95, 98 or ME, the message is familiar: "This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. Quit all programs, and then restart your computer. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor."
